Application Process

We hire throughout the year, typically at our entry-level sales and warehouse positions. Our policy is to promote from within whenever possible. We do not accept walk-in applications. When positions are available, they will be posted with one or all of these employment sources: Jobdango.com, The Columbian in Vancouver and The Daily News in Longview.

We receive a high volume of applications when we are hiring and we are not able to respond individually to all applicants.

Hiring Requirements

Selected candidates for open positions must be at least 18 years of age, must pass a criminal background check, pre-employment drug testing and must have an excellent three-year driving record. We also conduct random drug testing on all employees throughout the year.
